Corrections and Submissions
The most useful reports point at something checkable: what a provider's own website says about who treats, a Google review count, a changed name or address. A link to the source helps most, because every change is checked against the public record before it goes in. A suggested provider joins the field only if it can be sourced like every other entry.
The site can't book appointments, give medical advice or refer anyone to a provider. This site's editors are not clinicians, so a question about a treatment belongs with a licensed clinician who has examined you.
Each message is read by the site's editors. If a correction checks out, the listing is updated and the order is recalculated under the same rule. Not every message gets a reply.
